About Tomorrow No One Has A Guaranty

*The ugly trio of  hurry, worry and stress ,

will turn a human mind into a mess .

That is where those we call fools are superior to us ,

Over things out of control they sensibly never fuss .

*Humans are the only living beings who worry to excess ,

What we consider lower animals never succumb to stress .

They are intelligent enough not to worry about tomorrow .

When they lose something they feel not the pain of sorrow .

*Our  intelligence will be enhanced enormously ,

When we can see that what will be, will be .

Lower animals sense that inescapably, que sera, what will be, will be .

Perhaps we have over them an over exaggerated sense of supremacy ?

Hấp tấp, lo, phiền : là ba điều xấu

Bộ ba nầy làm tâm ta rối loạn

Kẻ ta cho là dại lại khôn ngoan  

Vì họ không khổ bởi tánh bất cần

Chỉ có người hay lo âu quá độ

Loài vật không ưu phiền mà ngã quỵ

Chẳng lo nghĩ ngày mai ích lợi gì 

Chúng không quá khổ đau khi mất mát

Người coi sự thông minh ta quá lớn

Nên quên rằng việc gì đến sẽ đến

Loài vật chấp nhận những điều rủi hên

Có thể ta cao siêu hơn chúng chăng ?
